Course Terms and conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Full payment must be received 21 days prior to start of course to confirm your booking.
2. Please include your name on your proof of payment

CANCELATION POLICY:
1. We require an email to cancel/ postpone any courses at least 2 weeks before your course start date.
2. Cancelations/ postpone from 14-7 days before course, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
3. Cancellations/ postpone from 7-0 days before start of course, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

PLEASE NOTE:

OATC has all the necessary PPE on site (hard hat, safety glasses, overalls, gloves and boots) but you are welcome to bring and use your own.

COVID-19: Relevant protocols are followed throughout the training centre

PLEASE INFORM US IN ADVANCE SHOULD YOU REQUIRE ANY SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Please note that OATC will train in ENGLISH only. If an interpreter is need, please advise OATC 4 weeks prior to your course so this can be arranged. All costs related to this will be for the clients account.

Please notify our office of all cancelations or re-scheduling of course as soon as possible.
