GWO: Basic Safety Training Full Onshore Refresher Package is the best way to renew GWO basic safety training and includes GWO Fire Awareness, GWO First Aid, GWO Manual Handling and GWO Working at Height Refresher courses

All participants are required to have their personal WINDA registration number and the following valid and in-date GWO certificates:
A valid and in-date GWO First Aid certificate
A valid and in-date GWO Working at Height certificate
A valid and in-date GWO Fire Awareness certificate
A valid and in-date GWO Manual Handling certificate

For GWO Working at Height:
The participant must be physically and medically fit to participate in GWO Training. Maximum body weight is 128 kg. This is due to the capacity of our fall arrest systems, which is 140 kg. Example: body weight: 128 kg + clothes and safety shoes: 5 kg + PPE equipment: 7 kg = 140 kg in total. If you do not meet this weight limit, you cannot participate in the course due to safety.

A good standard of general fitness is required – participants will complete a medical fitness questionnaire at the centre at the commencement of the courses.
